EARTH TO is a small Japanese pottery studio that operates in New York and Seto, Japan, selling work both in-store and online, as well as offering ceramic classes in small, intimate groups.
Overview
A desire to highlight the science of clay-making, this project explores environmental and tactile design, prioritizing touch, texture, and material properties in the studio. A space that goes beyond visual aesthetics while still being minimal, elevated, and sophisticated, allowing a piece of the earth to speak for itself and mold its unique qualities and features.
